The exhibition dedicated to the Lithuanian partisan hero Juozas Lukša-Daumantas focuses on materials, documents, photographs, and books that testify to his extraordinary sacrifice for Lithuania's freedom. The exhibit features valuable artifacts, including a picture given by Nijolė Bražėnaitė-Lukšienė, which she received as a wedding gift from her husband, a portrait of Juozas Lukša-Daumantas created by artist Antanas Račas, and a triptych titled "Partisan Mothers" by artist Magdalena Stankūnienė, donated by Marija Lisinskienė.
The exhibition also includes a wealth of material and exhibits
related to Juozas Lukša-Daumantas' comrade, partisan Povilas Pečiulaičius-Lakštingala. Educational activities related to the history of partisan struggles are held in the specially designed room of the Prienai Regional Museum, which also displays visual materials. The space can be used for history lessons, seminars, and other events.
The exhibition was established in 2008, with contributions from artist Artūras Kaminskas. Much of the valuable material for the exhibition was collected by Dalytė Raslavičienė, Chairperson of the Prienai Division of the Union of Political Prisoners and Deportees.
