The "Town Hall Well" sculpture in Telšiai replicates the form and significance of the city's well that existed in 1905. Created by architect Algirdas Žebrauskas, the artwork symbolizes the place where city residents and horses could drink water. In 2012, the well was revived—drinkable water began flowing from four openings resembling bear mouths, accessible at any time. The well is not only functional but also an important cultural symbol.
