The journey starts at the old Raiskums chapel, winds through forest paths, and leads to the impressive Kvēpene Cave and spring. The trail continues over an ancient hillfort to the famous 500-year-old Kvēpene Oak, once depicted on the 5-lats banknote. A rest area with benches and toilets is located near the Gauja River.
