Established in 1982, the park initially had a limited exhibition, but due to high visitor interest, it was expanded and modernized several times. In 2008, on the occasion of the park's 25th anniversary, a comprehensive renovation was carried out based on the design of architect L. Mardosas. Today, the park showcases 28 sculptures created by Lithuanian and international artists. Among them are works by renowned Lithuanian sculptors
such as K. Kisielius, B. Vyšniauskas, and A. Toleikis, as well as sculptures from Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, and Armenia.
