A sculpture of a glasses-wearing Doberman, created by sculptor Eimantas Ludavičius in 2007, stands on Gediminas Avenue. This sculpture replaced an earlier Doberman statue made by Svajūnas Kižys in 1994, which was installed at the entrance of the "Mineral Waters" company. Due to theft attempts, the original statue was chained but was eventually stolen.
In 2006, when the "Optic City" optical salon opened, E. Ludavičius created a new Doberman sculpture, linking it to the location's history and Lithuania's transformative period, during which Dobermans symbolized rebellious youth. The sculpture became popular, even earning a "Facebook" profile. After the optical salon relocated in 2016, a replica of the sculpture was returned to its original spot in 2017.
