Orvidas Homestead – Museum

The homestead created by Vilius Orvidas is a unique space in Kretinga where creativity, philosophy, and the ideas of freedom intertwine. The master collected objects that were considered unnecessary on his parents' land: stones removed during drainage work, centuries-old oaks, and ancient tools. He transformed these into impressive works of art, which, along with his own wood and stone creations, form an incredible composition. The Orvidas homestead, which from a bird's-eye view resembles the Eye of God, attracts visitors seeking meaning in life, religion, or philosophy. It is a place where everyone finds their own inspiration and a unique experience.
