Pakėvis Manor has been known since the 17th century and was mentioned in the Beržėnai district records in 1685. It is known that the writer and ethnographer Liudvikas Adomas Jucevičius (1813–1846) was born in this manor. During the Soviet years, the manor buildings were used for the needs of the collective farm, and the palace housed a school.
The manor's territory covers an area of about 40 hectares. Its buildings – the central palace, barn, utility warehouse, and stables – were constructed around 1900.
