The first records of Kazokinė (Koziczyna) Manor date back to 1738, mentioning a small manor in Ashmiany County. Until that year, it was owned by Domininkas Mažeika but was later transferred to Stanislovas Narbutas. From 1782, the Bortkevičius family managed the manor, owning other estates in the region.
In the late 19th century, the manor became part of the Zablatiškė District in Švenčionys County. The remaining valuable buildings and plantings were established in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
In 1940, the estate, owned by Zigmas Bortkevičius, was nationalized. After World War II, it became the central settlement of the "New Life" collective farm, leading to irreversible damage to the manor's ensemble. Today, many of its valuable buildings are abandoned, altered, or destroyed.
