In the Šeimatis forest, approximately 150 meters east of a homestead, lies an ancient burial mound site consisting of 11 mounds. Each mound has a diameter of 6–8 meters and can reach a height of up to 1.5 meters. The mounds are surrounded by ditches or pits characteristic of that period. Excavations were conducted in the first half of the 20th century, during which horse bones and iron artifacts, such as bits, were discovered. The mounds have not been thoroughly investigated, but they date back to the 9th–12th centuries.
