The current Švedriškės Church of St. John the Baptist was built in 1933, through the efforts of Father Jonas Gurauskas, and was completed in 1934. The church was designed by engineer Stasys Taškūnas. It served as a filial of the Salakas parish. From 1960 to 1989, it was ministered by Father Antanas Juška. The church is built in the Neo-Gothic style, rectangular in plan, with two towers, a turret, a narrow apse, and low sacristies. The interior of the church also features Neo-Gothic elements. The churchyard is enclosed with a metal fence and reinforced concrete pillars. There is a cemetery located next to the church.
