Built in 1907, the church is of Neo-Gothic style and features a cruciform plan. Its two façade towers are divided into five sections of varying heights. Above the paired narrow acoustic openings are circular ornaments in relief on a white background. In the center of the façade is a large round niche with a clock. The altar of the Jurbarkas church is adorned with two plaster sculptures by sculptor V. Grybas – "St. Peter" and "St. Paul." The church towers were destroyed in a fire in 1940 and were only rebuilt after the restoration of independence.
