The Uostadvaris Lighthouse, built between 1873 and 1876, is an octagonal structure that also serves as an excellent observation tower. Nearby, in 1907, the first water lifting station in Lithuania was established, which now houses the Šilutė Polder Museum. Access is limited.

Constructed between 1873 and 1876 near the mouth of the Minija River, the Uostadvaris Lighthouse reflects the architectural style typical of lighthouses from that era. Its red brick walls are accented with green-glazed bricks along the edges. Inside, spiral concrete stairs lead to the lantern room, which opens to an observation deck offering panoramic views. Standing 18 meters tall, the lighthouse is connected to the keeper’s house. Although no longer used for navigation, the lighthouse remains an important
monument to technical history and provides breathtaking views of the Rusnė and Minija surroundings. Close to the lighthouse, in 1907, Lithuania's first water lifting station was built to drain excess water from the meadows into the Atmata River. This station, powered by a steam turbine, is also a valuable monument of technical history. It was restored several years ago and now hosts the Šilutė Polder Museum. However, as the property is privately owned, visits are limited and require prior arrangement.
