The "Girinio Takas" educational trail in the Varnakalnis Forest is designed to introduce visitors to the forest ecosystem, its structure, and the work being done within it. The trail's aim is to promote responsible behavior in nature. It consists of five stations, each offering various information about the forest and the animals that live there. At the end of the trail, in the Girinis cabin-shelter, visitors can see photographs of forest wildlife and birds, as well as artwork and drawings created by young visitors.
An additional lookout tower along the trail provides stunning views of the Linkava River valley and its cliffs. Visitors can observe deer and mouflons grazing near the forest management area, or relax on benches at the stations, rest by the campfire, and enjoy the surrounding nature.
