Monument to Juozas Miltinis

In 2007, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the legendary director Juozas Miltinis' birth, a sculpture was erected in Panevėžys' Freedom Square. The artwork, dedicated to Juozas Miltinis – the founder of the Juozas Miltinis Drama Theatre and an honorary citizen of Panevėžys – was created by sculptor Regimantas Midvikis. The sculpture, located near the theatre, invites city visitors and residents to remember the director's contribution to culture and to discover this unique landmark in Panevėžys.
