In the Mosėdis parish, there are two historic chapels. One of them is located in the village of Šatraminiai, featuring an altar dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, where the Feast of St. Mary is celebrated. Built in the 18th century, the Šatraminiai Chapel stands near a crossroads, close to the former village school. The wooden, undecorated chapel measures 4.5 x 6.5 meters, with a shingle-covered tower. Every May, the traditional "Majus" hymn is sung here, and Mass is held twice a year. Over the past year, two couples have been married here, highlighting the chapel's importance to the local community.
