Šatraminiai Ethno-Architectural Homestead

The homestead, located in the western part of the village, represents traditional architecture from the late 19th century. This compact homestead is surrounded by buildings on three sides, with two main structures preserved within: the house and the granary. The homestead used to be larger, with more farm buildings, but over time, some were destroyed. To the south of the granary grows an ancient apple tree, approximately 100 years old. This homestead in the northwest Samogitian region stands out for its unique ethno-architectural heritage, with a granary featuring a half-hipped roof and six chambers that reveal local building traditions. The homestead has been granted state-protected status, making it an excellent tourist attraction.
