The Kuktiškiai community is actively developing a unique park, enriching the town's environment with artistic elements. In 2005 and 2008, in collaboration with the Kuktiškiai eldership and the Utena Cultural Center's Kuktiškiai branch, the square was adorned with 12 sculptures. Along the pond’s shore, three roofed pillar sculptures created by folk artist and wood sculptor Stasys Karanauskas stand tall. Additionally, visitors can see works by sculptor Valentinas Šimonėlis, created to commemorate the anniversaries of Kuktiškiai town, thereby preserving the town's history and heritage values.
