In the forest, near the main road "Telšiai-Seda," approximately at the 10th kilometer, there is a cross that points to the path leading to Panų Hill, also known as Mergakalnis. This location, included in the Lithuanian Republic’s cultural heritage register on December 23, 1996, is an important historical and mythological site.
Panų Hill is a mound renowned for its legends and myths, covered in pine trees and surrounded by swamps. Currently, Panų Hill hosts Mass services, and pilgrims often visit the site, placing crosses and small crucifixes around the chapel.
This site is special due to its spiritual impact: visitors leave their worries and requests behind, and those who visit feel spiritually strengthened.
