Commemorative Bust of Motiejus Valančius

In 1990, the commemorative busts of Motiejus Valančius and Vytautas the Great were restored near the Church of the Holy Trinity in Pabiržė after being demolished during the Soviet era. The bust of Motiejus Valančius was originally erected in 1932, while the bust of Vytautas the Great was installed in 1930. The restoration of these monuments was a significant step in reviving Lithuania's historical and cultural memory.
