A temporary church in Tytuvėnai was built on his estate by A. Christianovičius in 1872, but a new stone church was constructed between 1873 and 1875. The parish was overseen by priests from Raseiniai and Kolainiai. After World War II, the church was assigned to the Raseiniai parish and later to Kolainiai and Šiauliai. The Soviet authorities attempted to close this church: in 1947, they wanted to convert it into a warehouse, and in 1953, they demanded the payment of debts, which the clergy managed to settle. Currently, the church is a branch of the Church of St. Apostles Peter and Paul in Šiauliai.
