Monument to Vytautas the Great

The monument to Grand Duke Vytautas the Great in Medingėnai was unveiled in 1930. The construction of the monument was conceived and organized by local riflemen. It was erected to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Vytautas the Great's death. In 1962, the monument was demolished but was rebuilt in 1990.
