In the center of Liepāja, at the corner of K. Valdemārs and Peldu streets, a mural called “Skaņu vīrs” is painted on a building wall. The work was created by artists Dainis Rudens and Ēriks Caune. The impressive figure of a man symbolizes the city’s sounds and the spirit of music.
