The sculpture "Seven Hills of the City" is a work created by Karolis Bikinas, a graduate of the Vilnius Academy of Arts Telšiai Faculty, with the assistance of his supervisor, Professor Romualdas Inčirauskas. The idea and organization of the sculpture were led by architect Professor Algirdas Žebrauskas. The sculpture reflects the unique toponymy and topography of the town of Telšiai, symbolizing the seven hills of the city, which are connected to its history, legend, and development. Each hill has its own name and historical markers, indicating the period when it became part of the city. Observing the sculpture and its surrounding environment, one can also see a water bubble, which leads to stories about the treasures of Swedish soldiers, said to be lying at the bottom of Lake Masčius according to local legends.
