The old cemetery in Nasrėnai village dates back to the 16th–18th centuries. From the 19th century until the early 20th century, this cemetery was designated for the burial of suicides and unbaptized infants. Here stands a chapel, adorned with a painting of the Blessed Virgin Mary, donated by Father Motiejus Valančius in 1836. This painting held special significance, as local residents would gather here to pray and vow protection from misfortune and illness. This site remains an important part of Nasrėnai village's cultural and spiritual heritage.
