Stone with the "Footprint of God"

The Tumasonys Footprint Stone is a unique archaeological monument protected by the state and listed in the Cultural Heritage Register since 1998. Surrounded by the greenery of the forest, this mysterious boulder holds impressive heritage value. Its surface barely rises above the ground, and on the stone is the so-called "Footprint of God," a mark shrouded in local legends.

As of 2004, the site was enclosed by a metal fence, with a nearby concrete pillar bearing the inscription "Tumasonys Footprint Stone." This location is a true find for history and nature enthusiasts seeking extraordinary sites in Lithuania's forests. The Tumasonys Stone is not just cultural heritage but also a place where natural beauty meets an enigmatic past.
