The Struliai lime tree, located next to the homestead at Luknijų St. 11, Kulų II village, Skuodas district, is a unique natural monument. Its trunk circumference at 1.3 meters above ground reaches 3.50 meters. In 2019, it was declared a protected natural heritage object by Skuodas district municipality. This lime tree marks the former Struliai homestead, which was a large farmstead with house foundations, a garden, and two ponds divided by a strip of land. After land reclamation in the early 1970s, the environment was leveled, but the lime tree remained as one of the most important witnesses of this historical site. The lime tree is now cared for and maintained by the descendants of the homestead, the Girkantai family.
