Lipliūnai, also known as Montvilai Manor, was first mentioned in historical sources in the 18th century. In 1822, the manor was associated with the nobleman A. Montvila. Later, in 1869, it was inherited by Alina Žebrauskienė along with her daughters Adelė and Marija. In 1894, Lipliūnai Manor was passed on to daughter Marija, and subsequently to her family who lived in Tallinn. The manor remained in the family's possession until June 14, 1941, when their properties were confiscated and the family was exiled. In the years following the restoration of independence, the descendants regained a part of the manor, and a portion of it was sold in 2019.
