The Šeimyniškiai Cliff is a unique natural phenomenon formed from cemented sand, gravel, and boulders deposited by glacial meltwaters. This conglomerate has developed due to complex underground hydrochemical processes, where calcite crystallizes within the layers of gravel. Since 1999, the Šeimyniškiai Cliff and its conglomerate rock have been officially recognized as natural heritage and included in the list of protected sites.
