In 2018, an impressive art installation titled "Dream Bird" arrived at the Visaginas Social Care Home's territory. This work emerged after winning a competition announced by Linas Kaziulionis called "Call For Walls." The project aimed to promote the integration of art into urban spaces and encourage community members to actively participate in the creative process.
The care home residents actively participated in this creative process, becoming an integral part of the installation. "Dream Bird" became not only an ornament but also a sort of symbol for Visaginas, inviting everyone to pause and reflect on the power of art to bring people together and give spaces new meaning.
