The Kupiskis Ethnographic Museum is housed in a historic stone building, originally constructed in 1823 as a parish school. It is the only museum in Lithuania established during World War II. This museum offers visitors permanent exhibitions that provide a glimpse into the daily life and culture of rural people in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The Kupiskis Ethnographic Museum pays special attention to ancient Kupiskis wedding traditions, showcasing the unique heritage of the region. The museum boasts an impressive collection of traditional Lithuanian clothing and accessories from the

19th and early 20th centuries, gathered by sisters Stefanija, Mikalina, and Elvyra Glemzaite. Additionally, the museum features nearly 4000-year-old aurochs horns, the largest found in Lithuania. The museum's archives and printed collections offer a comprehensive view of the history and activities of the Kupiskis community. Today, the museum actively conducts educational programs and organizes art, folk art, and photography exhibitions to enrich visitors' knowledge of cultural heritage.
