The Kruonis Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Angels was built in 1610 and features Renaissance elements. It is a rectangular plan structure with a semi-dome. The church reflects the early presence of the Oginski family in the Kaišiadorys district and Lithuania. Bohdanas Oginskis, a pillar of Orthodoxy, a warrior, and a key figure in establishing the Oginski family's golden age, is commemorated here. The church, which was an Orthodox church until 1919, houses epitaphic tombstone plaques for him and his son, Samuel Lev.
