Sõmeri Lighthouse is a coastal gem of Estonia, nestled in the heart of wild nature. The white octagonal tower shines year-round, with its beam reaching up to 9 nautical miles. Although the lighthouse itself is not open to visitors, the surrounding nature offers excellent birdwatching, wild strawberries, peaceful walks, and breathtaking sunsets. It’s a perfect destination for hiking, camping, and eco-tourism in Estonia. Access is on foot only – visitors must leave their car at a viewing platform located 1 km away.
