The hillfort, situated on the right bank of the Vaja stream, is an impressive natural and historical site. Its small platform provides a unique historical context, narrating the life and culture of ancient times. Today, the hillfort is covered with deciduous trees, with the southeastern slope overgrown with grass, highlighting its enduring changes over time. At the eastern foot of the hillfort lies a preserved settlement, which serves as a research site where fragments of ancient pottery and other valuable artifacts dating back to the early first and second millennia have been found. These findings allow us to delve deeper into understanding the daily life, craftsmanship, and lifestyle of ancient inhabitants. Legends surrounding the hillfort, such as the tales of soldiers building it with their caps and the stories of sacrifices and hidden treasures, add an aura of mystery and intrigue, further increasing the interest in this location.
