The Heno and Steiner Houses on Pühavaimu Street are among the oldest historical buildings in Pärnu. The house of Mayor Steiner was built in 1647, and the house of pharmacist Heno in 1670. The two were later connected by merchant Hans Diedrich Schmidt, forming a unified architectural ensemble. Although their appearance has changed over the centuries, these buildings remain an important cultural heritage site. Today, one of them houses the Pärnu School of Arts.
