At the confluence of the Laucesa and Daugava Rivers in Daugavpils stands a vibrant art installation – the word “DAUGAVPILS” spelled out in large, colorful letters. The letters were decorated by artists from the “Saules Skola” Art School as part of the “Art4Rights” initiative.
This installation is a striking example of how public art shapes urban identity and promotes cultural tourism.
