The sculpture "To the Deported Who Never Returned", created by Viktoras Žentelis, was unveiled in 2017 at the foot of the Vepriai Mound. It depicts a Mother with a child – a symbol of those who were deported and never came back. This is a memorial sign, inviting us to pause, remember, and honor the victims of deportation.
