The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus in Ėriškiai is a wooden church in the folk architectural style, located in the Panevėžys region, in the village of Ėriškiai, near the Upytė River. Built in 1899, it replaced a chapel that had been constructed in the 18th century. The church holds historical significance, as it was once served by the Lithuanian public figure Jonas Balvočius, who founded a local school and built the parish house. The rectangular building features three altars, and the roof is adorned with a modest bell tower. A metal fence surrounds the churchyard.
