In the public spaces of Riga, you can see an exceptional blue cow – a sculpture created by Aigars Bikšē, which participated in the “Cowparade 2012”. It embodies the legend of Kurzeme about the secret of vitality and success. It is said that if you fall asleep on the back of such a cow during the Midsummer festival, focus, and dive into meditation, you may rise above it for a moment. This is a sign that the coming year will be exceptionally successful. This sculpture is not only a work of art but also an invitation to feel the magic of Kurzeme and Latvia's cultural heritage.
