The tale of Goat Stone opens a window into ancient legends that add color and mystery to the history of our region. Long ago, in this remote area, where today nature's tranquility reigns, there stood a grand manor living through its daily routines and challenges. In one such daily episode, the manor's shepherd, devoted to his duties, faced the cruelty of nature – a pack of wolves attacked his grazing animals. In a determined attempt to defend the sheep and goats, he, worried for their safety, led them back to a secure place. However, the next day, when he returned to the same spot, the shepherd discovered a miracle – a white goat standing safely and soundly on a stone, having escaped the jaws of the wolves, while the fates of others were much grimmer.

the shepherd discovered a miracle – a white goat standing safely and soundly on a stone, having escaped the jaws of the wolves, while the fates of others were much grimmer. This story gave rise to the name "Goat Stone," a legend passed down through generations, reminding us of the inseparable bond between nature and the animal world, the courage and ingenuity of shepherds, and, of course, the miracles that can occur even in the most unlikely circumstances. This place, rich in local history, also invites those who seek to discover unique natural and cultural heritage sites.
