The Field of Remembrance in Jonava was established in 1990 following the restoration of Lithuania’s independence. The park features trees planted by various organizations and a unique monument composed of stone mosaics dedicated to freedom fighters. On the park’s slope stands a wooden chapel pillar commemorating the riflemen.
