The history of the Gražiškiai Church dates back to 1598, when the first wooden church was built. The second wooden church was constructed in 1715 and consecrated by Bishop T. Zienkevičius of Vilnius. The current fieldstone church was built in 1881 and consecrated in 1886 by Bishop J. Oleka of Sejny. The church was repaired and renovated after World War II. Its exterior architecture features elements of medieval style.
The church houses three Neo-Baroque altars and a distinctive Baroque pulpit. It stands out for its religious art and objects, including an 18th-century candlestick, a painting of St. Michael the Archangel, and wooden sculptures. In the Gražiškiai cemetery, there is also a small chapel.
