The Dieveniškės Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Rosary was established in 1471, with the current wooden church built in 1783. The church houses valuable artifacts, including a cross, two easel paintings, three sculptures, and two bells cast in 1743 and 1840.
In the churchyard stands a monument to Motiejus Valančius, and opposite the church is a 21-meter-tall bell tower built in 1903, containing bells nearly 200 years old.
