The Oak of Alkas, located in the Kulis Landscape Reserve near the Paalkiai Hillfort, is the thickest tree in the Neris Regional Park. Its trunk circumference is 5.12 meters, its height is 18 meters, and its age exceeds 300 years. This natural heritage site, discovered in 2009, stands in the historic Alkas Hill area, once part of a sacred forest.
