In Budriai Village, on Kartenalė Street, a memorial cross and plaque honor Jonas Žutautas, leader of the Kadagys Company of the Kardo Unit in the Žemaičiai District. He was killed on June 6, 1946, in an ambush set by Soviet collaborators.
The cross was erected in the late 1980s, and the commemorative plaque was added around 1996. This memorial symbolizes the sacrifice for Lithuania’s freedom and serves as a significant historical site, attracting visitors interested in the partisan resistance and the region's history.
