Mosėdis, known as the "Stone Capital," is one of the most beautiful and most visited towns in Samogitia. The Republican Vaclovas Intas Stone Museum, located in the scenic valley of the Bartuva River, attracts significant interest. The museum impresses with its exhibits—from classifications of minerals and rocks to uniquely arranged stone outdoor exhibitions spanning 14.5 hectares.
