Rudamina Manor, initiated in 1537-1538 by the nobleman Petras Plikys, is a distinctive example of Neoclassical architecture. The manor later passed to the Skorulski and Masalski families. At the end of the 16th century, Grigalius and Marija Masalskis built the first church in Rudamina. In the 18th century, the manor was acquired by the Treasurer of Trakai Voivodeship, Mikalojus Turčinavičius-Sušickis, who renovated and reconstructed the buildings that have survived to this day.
Rudamina Manor is surrounded by a 6.5-hectare park with ancient ponds. It is a unique place where one can still see 16th-century mural painting on the facade of the manor house. Today, the remnants of the palace, barn, park, and ponds still exist on the manor grounds.
