The Verstaminai II mound, located on a separate hill near the Verstaminai I and III mounds, is an impressive site of historical and cultural significance. This mound originally had a saddle shape, with steep slopes reaching heights of 5 to 6 meters. At its top, there is a platform approximately 25 meters in diameter. On the eastern and western ends of the mound, there are ramparts rising 3 to 5 meters high, although lower ramparts that once bordered the edge of the platform have now been eroded. At the southwestern foot of the mound, there is an ancient settlement, which was archaeologically investigated in the 1970s and 1980s. During these excavations, fragments of coarse pottery with a rough surface were discovered. The archaeological complex of the mound and settlement is dated to the second half of the 1st millennium, giving this region significant historical importance.
