The wooden St. John the Baptist Church in Kirdeikiai, built in 1927, is an example of eclectic architecture. The church has 12 windows, a three-sided apse, and its interior is divided into three spaces supported by columns. The walls and ceilings are paneled, and the interior features three neo-Gothic altars: the main altar and two side altars.
The churchyard fence rests on a stone foundation, with prominent columns and metal decorative elements crafted by a local blacksmith. The gates are also made of metal, adding a unique touch.
In the church bell tower hang two bells: the larger one, "Benediktas" (1930), named after the founder Benediktas Paukštė, and a smaller bell dating back to the 18th century, named after Jonas Maciulevičius. Above the apse, a small bell in a tower further enhances the uniqueness of this church.
