The Stirniškiai Outcrop is an impressive geological site located on the left bank of the Lėvuo River valley in Stirniškiai village. Designated as a geological monument in 1964, this 3-meter-high and 40-meter-long outcrop reveals layers of Upper Devonian Suosa dolomites. A nearby building adorned with dolomite columns has also been recognized as a geological monument.

The outcrop is known by various names, including the Stirniškiai Quarry Wall and the Paulianka Dolomite Outcrop. The dolomite columns, crafted from Suosa dolomites, are a cultural, ethnographic, and historical heritage. These dolomites have been traditionally used in construction for centuries.

In 1988, the lower reaches of the Suosa Stream, spanning 21.6 hectares between the villages of Pasuosiai, Karaliūnai, Radžiūnai, and Stirniškiai, were declared a geological reserve to protect the Devonian layers and outcrops. These layers have been studied since the 19th century.
