The Burbaičiai Hillfort stands near the village of Burbaičiai, on the right bank of the Kražantė River, at its confluence with a stream. The elliptical hillfort is 24 meters high, 120 meters long, and 80 meters wide. Its top features an almost circular platform, 18 meters in diameter, surrounded by a rampart on the east and south sides. The rampart rises 9.5 meters above the platform and 10 meters from the outside.

In 1903, L. Kšivickis surveyed the hillfort, and in 1967, the Lithuanian Institute of History conducted archaeological research. Pottery with smooth and rough surfaces was found in the cultural layer, and the artifacts are preserved at the National Museum of Lithuania.

According to legend, a giant built the hillfort. Tired after traveling, the giant sat on the high bank of the Kražantė River and emptied soil from his wooden shoe, creating the hill now known as Piliukas.
